Poc-Chuc has been around since 2007 run by the same family, but under different names. Popol vuh and ChiChen-Itza with the later there was a fight with a restaurant in Los Angeles,Ca over the rights to the name and Poc-Chuc borned out of this.
Poc-Chuc is named after one of the signature dishes of Yucatan,Mexico.
Poc-Chuc: a pork steak marinated in sour orange juice and then grilled, the words themselves simply mean "toast" over "fire".
